Appian Lead Developer (Pune,Nagpur,Cheenai, Hyderabad, Bangalore)

We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer/Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications built on the Appian platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and the development team to ensure the successful delivery of Appian-based solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Appian SAIL, process models, and integrations, and a demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers. About the Role:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based solutions including SAIL interfaces, process models, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to translate business requirements into Appian solutions.
• Manage the development lifecycle, ensuring that coding standards, best practices, and security protocols are adhered to.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Appian applications.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of Appian applications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership, guidance, and training on Appian development.
• Stay up to date with the latest Appian technologies and industry trends.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Appian development with expertise in Appian SAIL, process models, and integrations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior developer role, including mentoring team members.
• Appian Certified Lead Developer (required).
• Strong expertise in integrating Appian with external systems and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in Appian applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in identifying and addressing challenges.

• Experience in leading or working within agile development teams.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or technologies (e.g., Java, SQL, RESTful services) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies or infrastructure management is a bonus.
