Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Ship Superintendent for Offshore Vessels at Hoger Offshore & Marine in Mumbai. The Ship Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of offshore vessels, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing maintenance and repair activities, coordinating crew activities, and optimizing vessel performance. Qualifications
- Knowledge of ship and crew management and vessel maintenance
- Experience in surveys, inspection, and managing ship operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Understanding of maritime regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Relevant degree in Marine Engineering, Chief Engineer preferred.
- Prior Experience as Suptd. will be a plus
