Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviews, offers, and closing. Develop innovative recruiting strategies and build a robust pipeline of candidates for key and recurring roles. Assist in HR initiatives, recruitment marketing, and employer branding efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with managers through regular updates and consistent communication. Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring effective engagement and optimal usage. Requirements 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience. Extensive background and proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting professionals across various levels and functions. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Established local network and deep understanding of the Singapore market, including market trends, benchmarks, and regional specifics. Proven experience recruiting for both technical and business roles, with a focus on the Asian market. Conditions Remote working from any part of the world.
