Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma with RTO certification and experience in site work on excavation, trial trenching works, sewer, Powergrid/Telecom/water pipe laying works. Drainage work experience is an added advantage. Experience and understanding of LTA code of practice, NCE requirements of various utilities departments, and having an RES certification is preferred.
