Intern - NVE PE - Media Health Enhance NAND reliability through the Material Assessment Flow (MAF) to qualify top-tier end products, including Mobile, Consumer SSD, and Enterprise SSD. Perform high volume statistical data analysis for NAND intrinsic reliability risk assessment. Drive Solution Space through electrical failure analysis through trims characterization with root cause understanding. Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology Development, NAND Design, NAND Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to develop and deliver end products.
