Senior Laboratory Analyst ( Chemistry Plant ) | 1618

Position: Senior Laboratory Analyst Work Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT) Work hours: 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon-Fri) Salary range: $2800 - $3200 + $200 (site allowance) The Senior Lab Analyst is part of the pioneer team in the startup of EVAL production line, assisting the Chemist in setup of QC Laboratory at new EVAL site, including training of Laboratory analysts, Laboratory system establishment and management to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of the new plant. Requirements: Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Science related field. Min 5 years experience in analytical laboratory environment. Hands-on experience with GC, ICP, Titration and polymer testing equipment. Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation. Responsibilities: Perform raw material, intermediate and final product quality analysis. Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test method. Support troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to equipment and analysis. Support establishment and maintenance of lab system and equipment validation and calibration. Maintain quality documents and develop quality procedures. Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians in analysis instrument procedures. Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables. Support procurement process and upkeep of inventory. Implement and improve analytical and equipment work processes. Participate in safety and quality improvement activities. Other tasks as assigned by Superior. #J-18808-Ljbffr
