Responsibilities: Present, promote, and sell our services to potential clients by making cold calls and delivering compelling pitches. Identify qualified leads for all services and manage the entire sales cycle to successfully close new business deals. Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to conduct business presentations and demonstrations. Independently generate highly qualified sales opportunities while staying informed about the latest promotional trends and best practices. Perform market research, analyze customer needs, and continuously monitor competitor activity. Streamline the sales process and maintain accurate databases. Collaborate with the global sales team to support existing international clients. Leverage key business connections to assess and understand potential customers' needs. Requirements: Proven track record of success with a well-established network in the local marine industry. Strong understanding of the sales process with excellent lead generation skills. Two to six years of business development experience in the maritime sector. Highly motivated, goal-driven, and experienced in sales. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage a sales territory effectively. Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
