We're recruiting 'Senior Auditor QS' for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible for planning, performing, and executing development/construction-related audits of the group.Key Responsibilities:All contractual and construction-related activities from tendering to awarding of the contract, reviewing BOQs, cost estimates, infrastructure, concept and schematic designs, payment certificates, gap analysis of actual vs budgeted costs, financial feasibilities, budgeted vs actual construction milestones, variations, EOT's, VE etc.Senior Auditor/QS will be actively involved in performing all contractual and construction-related activities throughout the Audit Plan.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
