Artificial Intelligence Team Lead

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of AI professionals specializing in Generative AI, Chat Bot development, and AI Modeling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI strategies and solutions.

Drive the research, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Oversee the design and development of scalable, efficient, and reliable AI systems.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.

Requirement

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in leading AI teams with a focus on Generative AI, Chat Bot development, and AI Modeling.

Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex AI projects from conception to deployment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about AI solutions in a business context.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
