Manager Operations-Restaurant (Bhai Pheru)Responsibilities:Leading team of accounts, Store, purchase, Security at restaurant.Maintain high standards at the restaurant by ensuring quality production, sanitation, and cleanliness.Ensure effective and efficient activities of production and consumption.Repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment.Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of business by supporting in areas of HR, IT, and other technicalities.Oversee all financial management activities at the restaurant as per policy. Utilize financial data to improve profitability.Payroll management by current head counts vs standard employment level as per policy.Play a significant role in planning, including initiatives geared toward operations excellence.Liaison with government-related departments.Improve operations systems and procedures in support of company objectives.
