Job Responsibilities

1. System Architecture: Design and maintain retail banking system architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.
2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. System Integration: Oversee integration of retail banking systems with core banking, payment gateways, and other relevant systems.
4. Functional Development: Lead development of retail banking system functionalities, such as account opening, deposits, loans, and payments.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of retail banking systems.
6. Maintenance and Support: Provide level 3 support for retail banking systems, resolving complex technical issues.
7. Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
8. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of retail banking system professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Information Systems Professional (CISP).
• Certified Associate in Banking Technology (CABT).
• Certified Professional in Banking Technology (CPBT).

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail banking technology.
• Proven track record of leading retail banking system implementations.
• Expertise in core banking systems and retail banking software.
