We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will excel in project management and vendor coordination, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for events.
- Oversee all aspects of event preparation, including venue selection, decor, catering, and entertainment.
- Coordinate with the management and team to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their vision is realized.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within limits.
- Lead and supervise event teams, including coordinators, support staff, and volunteers.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are adhered to, mitigating risks and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee event setup and takedown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Budgeting and negotiation expertise.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to travel for event-related activities.
