• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to align activities with the project timeline.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to address delays or unforeseen issues.
• Prepare progress reports and present them to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate schedule updates and critical path changes to relevant teams.
• Ensure project scope changes are reflected in the schedule and assess their impact on timelines.
• Maintain records of project schedules, revisions, and communications.

• Strong understanding of construction methods and procedures.
• Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong project management skills, including balancing multiple tasks and timelines.
• Analytical skills to forecast project timelines and identify potential issues.
• Excellent communication skills to convey plans and risks to stakeholders.
• Problem-solving ability to handle challenges and ensure project stays on track.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction planning.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in planning and scheduling tools.
