JIPL offers challenging and satisfying professional growth opportunities to its committed team Job Title: Business Head Location: Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad Role Summary The Business Head will lead JIPL’s growth strategy, drive profitability, network expansion and new product development. The role involves P&L ownership, market share expansion, customer acquisition, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and profitability. · Drive customer acquisition and retention to grow the loan portfolio. · Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture. · Develop new market friendly loan products in line with the group strategy and social commitment. · Raising cost effective resources and profitable deployment. · Achieve the targeted Return on Equity. · Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and mitigate risks. · Build relationships with stakeholders and represent JIPL in the market. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of leadership experience in NBFCs or financial services.
- Should have lead a business team in a financial institution with credit approval powers.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
- Leadership and team management expertise.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
