Responsibilities for :
- Capable for Team Handling, team Motivation, team leading.
- Must be responsible for Direct Sales, Analysis target of the team weekly and monthly basis
- New business development & Sales growth in New territories
- Strong Market Knowledge
- Good In verbal Communication
- Focused and result Oriented
- Open for Travel within the City
- Achieve set objectives by maintaining effective relationships with team members
- Annual sales forecasting
- Achieving the width of the distribution
- Implementing marketing and sales promotion strategies.
- Contributes information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Must be aggressive, self-starter, internally motivated, target oriented, and should have a flair towards sales and must have good leadership skills
- Candidates from FMCG, Retail, premium food Processing, Subscription based model can apply for the Job.
- Minimum 5 years of experience is proffered.
