As a fast-growing, nimble team, we democratize data, enabling organizations to unlock their full potential with intuitive, user-friendly products.1 Role Overview: We are looking for a UI Designer with 5+ years of experience creating visually compelling interfaces, preferably for AI or data-focused products. You’ll play a critical role in crafting exceptional designs that not only look great but also empower users to interact with data intuitively. Key Responsibilities: · Design visually stunning interfaces that elevate user experiences while maintaining alignment with FactWeavers’ branding. · Build and manage scalable design systems to ensure design consistency across all products. · Collaborate with UX designers to implement wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity designs. · Innovate and refine data visualizations to make complex data actionable and engaging. · Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. · Advocate for accessible, inclusive design principles. Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in UI design with a focus on creating polished, functional, and data-centric designs. · Proven expertise in building and maintaining design systems. · Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing for AI or data products. · Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. · Basic understanding and experience with creating handoff s for dev teams.
