Job Title: AGM IT - ERP and Software Implementation Title : - AGM- IT & ERP and Software Implementation Company :- Reputed Manufacturing Group Company into Lead/Batteries/Plastics/Recycling/E-waste Location :- Coimbatore Reporting To - Chief Growth Officer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager IT to lead the implementation of ERP and various software solutions within our company. The ideal candidate will possess in depth knowledge of recent technologies and software, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of business processes. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and oversee the implementation of ERP systems and other software solutions across the organization. · Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets for ERP implementation. · Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and ensure alignment with ERP functionalities. · Coordinate with software vendors and consultants for customization, integration, and support. · Ensure effective data migration and system integration with existing IT infrastructure. · Provide training and support to employees on new ERP and software systems. · Monitor the performance of implemented systems and make necessary adjustments for optimization. · Resolve any issues related to ERP and software implementation and provide ongoing technical support. · Maintain documentation of project progress, system configurations, and process changes. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in ERP and software implementation. · Extensive knowledge of recent technologies and software, including ERP systems. · Proven track record of successful ERP implementations. · Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. · Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. Preferred Skills: · Experience with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics. · Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, and other modern IT solutions. · Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management. · Strong leadership and team management abilities. · Adaptability to evolving business requirements and technological advancements. Salary Package: CTC: 11Lac – 13Lac p.a
