QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Establish, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the requirements established by the Company and relevant industry standards (e.g. API Q1 requirements). Establish and lead internal audit program covering all operations and functions to ensure adherence to QMS requirements, provide report on internal audit results, and follow-up audit results to ensure close out of corrective/ preventive actions. Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts in QMS. Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns. Analyze and provide timely response to customer complaints. Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements. Manage and supervise the daily operations of Quality Control. Supervision and management of QC resources – Inspectors, Quality Coordinator. Provide technical expertise and training to Inspectors and Quality Coordinator. Ensure proper control and maintenance of quality documents and records. Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Track and drive supplier improvement to meet Enecal and customers’ quality expectation. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree is a plus. Professional Certification is desirable. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in non-electronic industries (e.g., raw material suppliers, metal cutting, oil & gas, mechanical, surface treatment/coating) is preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ISO, API Q1, and other relevant industry standards. NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) certification and experience in quality inspection and measurement is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Must be able to SPEAK,WRITE AND READ MANDARIN (because need to liaise with Colleagues who speak Mandarin in China counterpart) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and interact with multiple departments. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset.
