Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptual design and RFP preparation for the Tool Installation/Hookup in a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant. Supervise and track the design progress of Tool Installation/Hookup contractors and design consultants. Manage on-site construction schedules and oversee the commissioning of the Tool Installation/Hookup package. Education Qualification & Essential Experiences Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field. Experience with Tool Installation/Hookup in semiconductor 300mm fab facility. Familiar with 3D CAD design, Tool Hookup Connection, platform installation, and tool move-in are preferable. Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, etc. A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects. Key Skills and Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams from diverse backgrounds. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering positive outcomes. Goal-oriented and a team player, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and continuous learning to meet business needs.
