Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate sales through various channels such as meetings with corporates and institutional clients.
  2. Utilize good knowledge of industry and products to generate new sales and maintain existing clients by providing suitable solutions.
  3. Have knowledge of Oracle ERP, Database Administrator, Business Intelligence, and Hyperion products.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure business success.
  5. Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service offers, and respond to customer inquiries.
  6. Identify areas for improving the marketing and communication of the KCS brand.
  7. Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times.
  8. Understand customer requirements and devise suitable solutions in coordination with relevant teams.
  9. Have 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Services sales in KSA.
Skills
  1. Bachelor's or Master's in Technology or Business Management with 7 - 10 years of relevant experience.
  2. Research and understand the client’s industry; deeply understand client business strategies and challenges.
  3. Demonstrable experience in consultative solution selling and business development skills to align client needs with software solutions.
  4. Deep territory knowledge and a proven history of exceeding IT consulting sales quotas through strategic selling skills.
  5. Engage in consultative selling efforts requiring a clear understanding of the client’s business and how ERP solutions effectively address it.
  6. Participate as a team player across sales, sales operations, finance, legal, and professional services teams to meet customer expectations.
  7. Good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  8. Experience in IT software consulting services is required; knowledge of Oracle products is preferred.
