Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through various channels such as meetings with corporates and institutional clients.
- Utilize good knowledge of industry and products to generate new sales and maintain existing clients by providing suitable solutions.
- Have knowledge of Oracle ERP, Database Administrator, Business Intelligence, and Hyperion products.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure business success.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service offers, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Identify areas for improving the marketing and communication of the KCS brand.
- Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times.
- Understand customer requirements and devise suitable solutions in coordination with relevant teams.
- Have 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Services sales in KSA.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Technology or Business Management with 7 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Research and understand the client’s industry; deeply understand client business strategies and challenges.
- Demonstrable experience in consultative solution selling and business development skills to align client needs with software solutions.
- Deep territory knowledge and a proven history of exceeding IT consulting sales quotas through strategic selling skills.
- Engage in consultative selling efforts requiring a clear understanding of the client’s business and how ERP solutions effectively address it.
- Participate as a team player across sales, sales operations, finance, legal, and professional services teams to meet customer expectations.
- Good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience in IT software consulting services is required; knowledge of Oracle products is preferred.
