Responsibilities:
Investment business: Continuously exploring high-quality project sources and establishing local networks. Has profound industry knowledge and accumulation in several fields such as technology, education, healthcare, real estate, oil and gas, new energy, and new materials. Having extensive experience in cross-border M&A investment projects, comprehensive professional capabilities, and strong critical point control and judgment.
Post investment management: Responsible for post investment management work, developing post investment management plans, and implementing investment management goals. Establishing a trust relationship with the core management of the invested enterprise can effectively influence the management to achieve the exit goal. Serve on the board of directors as needed.
Fundraising support: Collaborate with the fundraising team to plan fundraising strategies for funds/products. Cooperate to complete due diligence. Maintain investor relations and review investor reports.
Department management: Based on the company's strategic objectives, formulate the strategic goals of the department. Departmental budget and expense management. Manage the work goals, progress, and achievements of team members, provide timely and reasonable feedback, and offer constructive guidance and career planning. Actively participate in cross departmental projects and promote cross departmental collaboration.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above, MBA degree is preferred.
More than 15 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or enterprise management. Priority is given to those working in investment banks, private equity investment firms, and related financial industry companies, with rich experience in investing in US dollar fund mergers and acquisitions projects. Through landmark projects, they have consistently achieved high returns.
Possess deep industry knowledge and accumulated network resources in the fields of technology, education, healthcare, real estate, oil and gas, new energy, and new materials. Capable of independently leading research and management work in industry groups and continuously exploring excellent project sources.
Possess investment experience in the Middle East region, familiar with local market dynamics and business environment.
Possess outstanding project management, execution, decision-making, and risk control abilities.
Possess excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, relationship influence, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in personnel management and motivating teams to achieve goals.

We are seeking an Investment Analysis Specialist to join our Decision Support & Risk Management Department within the Strategy & Market Analysis organization.<br />

The Decision Support & Risk Management Department is responsible to evaluate the economic attractiveness of investment opportunities, risks associated to the projects and impact on the portfolio of investments of the Company. Scope of duties will cover Upstream, Downstream, Power, Renewables and new business segments as applicable.<br />

The Investment Analysis Specialist is a key advisor to Corporate management as well as other organizations within the company on economic evaluations related to the capital program and business development opportunities across the Company.<br />

<b>Job Overview</b><br />
<br />
The International Gas Department (IG) is responsible for sourcing and developing international gas value chain (upstream, liquefaction, marketing, regasification) investment opportunities. The department&#39;s role also includes coordinating the execution of these investment opportunities and managing these investments post transaction. The objective of this department is to create a viable, material integrated global gas business by 2035.<br />
<br />
Position is an individual contributor role as part of the economics modeling team and reports to the director of International Gas. We are seeking a Financial Economic Modeler to join the International Gas Department (IG) where incumbent will support the commercial business development team who develops the supply side of the LNG business and will lead the economic evaluation of LNG projects in terms of plant investment and offtake trading for investment decision making. Additionally, this role will also be required to engage with support functions such as Treasury, Group Finance and SM&A as part of the model sign-off and due diligence process. The incumbent must possess a level of profound international experience in valuation and modelling inf international upstream and LNG projects, with both on investment and divestment analysis experience.<br />
<br />
<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
&bull; The Financial Economic Modeler primary role is responsible for economic and financial modeling on an unlevered and levered basis to provide analysis of potential joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions primarily in LNG and Upstream opportunities.<br />

&bull; This position handles complex deal structures, with the development and interpretation of data used in a highly technical and confidential analysis platform.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>

	<li>Candidate is required to hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business. An MBA or other advanced Post-Graduate degree in Economics or a business-related degree is preferred.</li>
	<li>Education Level Master&#39;s Education field Business Administration or Economics / Finance Specialization</li>
	<li>Candidate is required to have history of career progression with at least fifteen years of related financial modeling work experience, preferably in an investment banking environment or a major petrochemical or energy industry corporation.</li>
	<li>Candidate must have significant experience with Economic Evaluations, Cash Flow & Variance Analysis, structured finance, project finance and/or financial modeling.</li>
	<li>Experience in conducting Monte-Carlo stochastic risk analysis and VB excel modelling would be advantageous.</li>
	<li>Candidate should be able to quickly establish credibility in the position and to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership.</li>
	<li>Candidate should have demonstrable leadership and management experience.</li>
	<li>Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills is also necessary. In addition to strong command of English.</li>
	<li>Strong ability to establish and maintain networks, both within and across company organizations is necessary.</li>

We are seeking Affiliates Management Advisor to join our Sabic Affairs & Integration Department.<br />

SABIC Affairs and Integration Department (SA&ID) manages SABIC governance, reviews SABIC performance and facilitates integration implementation. SA&ID manages SABIC&#39;s affairs within Aramco; and provides the appropriate direct advice and support to shareholder representatives, as well as the chairman, nominees, directors and members of SABIC&#39;s &#39;members of the board. The department looks at factors affecting market conditions as well as provides forecasts on global product prices. The department develops scenarios and market insights to support executive management decision-making.<br />

The global petrochemical specialist is required to understand the key interplay between feedstock & chemical markets and the petrochemical system. The person needs to have a deep understanding of the petrochemical systems. Familiarity with linear programming and chemical process unit modelling would also be advantageous. SABIC Affairs and Integration Department (SA&ID) manages SABIC governance, reviews performance and facilitates integration implementation. We are seeking a Global Refinery Linear Programming (LP) and Modelling Specialist to join the Global Analysis Department, within Strategy & Market Analysis.<br />
<br />
The Global Analysis department serves as the corporate think tank on global issues, including several functions such as scenario planning, short and long-term outlook, and third-party benchmarking. The department looks at factors affecting market conditions as well as provides forecasts on global product prices. The department develops scenarios and market insights to support executive management decision-making.<br />
<br />
The LP and modelling specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, improving, maintaining and using LPs and other models to help set monthly crude oil selling price (OSPs) and LPG Contract Price (CPs) as well as to forecast the short term and long term evolution of the refinery system, product supply, product pricing, and crude pricing. The person will be part of the Oil Pricing Team but also work with the Global Outlook team as refinery models are spread between the two.<br />

<b>Responsibilities</b><br />

<b>As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</b></p>

	<li>Develop, improve, maintain and use LPs and other models to support the Oil Pricing team and Global Outlook team for setting monthly crude OSPs, monthly LPG CPs, forecasting crude and product prices and the evolution of the global refining system, developing forecasts based on solid modelling and assumptions.</li>
	<li>Conduct independent analysis of global refinery systems, provide commentary and quantitative analysis on current and forecasted status of global refinery market, synthesize cross-regional trends into insights.</li>
	<li>Guide and design improvements and models to understand refining market dynamics. Challenging, validating models and improve tools to monitor and forecast downstream sector.</li>
	<li>Highlight Downstream insights on different regions; presenting key highlights on direction of refinery system going forward.</li>
	<li>Assists Director and Division Heads with adhoc requests or special projects: responds to queries regarding specific topics.</li>
	<li>Represents Saudi Aramco at industry conferences and seminars. Travel is required one or two times a year.</li>

	<li>Sound knowledge of Oil market and financial modelling are desirable.</li>
	<li>Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must.</li>
	<li>Strong modeling capabilities and understanding of refinery operation, refined product prices, trade flow dynamics, and production balances.</li>
	<li>Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff members.</li>

We are seeking a Global Refinery Linear Programming (LP) and Modelling Specialist to join the Global Analysis Department, within Strategy & Market Analysis.<br />
<br />
The Global Analysis department serves as the corporate think tank on global issues, including several functions such as scenario planning, short and long-term outlook, and third-party benchmarking. The department looks at factors affecting market conditions as well as provides forecasts on global product prices. The department develops scenarios and market insights to support executive management decision-making.<br />
<br />
The LP and modelling specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, improving, maintaining and using LPs and other models to help set monthly crude oil selling price (OSPs) and LPG Contract Price (CPs) as well as to forecast the short term and long term evolution of the refinery system, product supply, product pricing, and crude pricing. The person will be part of the Oil Pricing Team but also work with the Global Outlook team as refinery models are spread between the two.</p>

<b>Responsibilities</b><br />

<b>As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</b></p>

	<li>Develop, improve, maintain and use LPs and other models to support the Oil Pricing team and Global Outlook team for setting monthly crude OSPs, monthly LPG CPs, forecasting crude and product prices and the evolution of the global refining system, developing forecasts based on solid modelling and assumptions.</li>
	<li>Conduct independent analysis of global refinery systems, provide commentary and quantitative analysis on current and forecasted status of global refinery market, synthesize cross-regional trends into insights.</li>
	<li>Guide and design improvements and models to understand refining market dynamics. Challenging, validating models and improve tools to monitor and forecast downstream sector.</li>
	<li>Highlight Downstream insights on different regions; presenting key highlights on direction of refinery system going forward.</li>
	<li>Assists Director and Division Heads with adhoc requests or special projects: responds to queries regarding specific topics.</li>
	<li>Represents Saudi Aramco at industry conferences and seminars. Travel is required one or two times a year.</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
<b>As a successful candidate you will have:</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or Management. Masters degree preferred</li>
	<li>Minimum 15 years professional work experience. Thereof, a minimum of 10 years of downstream oil and gas industry and LP modelling Experience.</li>
	<li>Advanced skills using refinery LP tools and excel plus a good understanding of the downstream refinery systems.</li>
	<li>Demonstrable knowledge on refinery LP optimization.</li>
	<li>Experience gained from within O&G industry: trading houses, consultancy, downstream players.</li>
	<li>Sound knowledge of Oil market and financial modelling are desirable.</li>
	<li>Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must.</li>
	<li>Strong modeling capabilities and understanding of refinery operation, refined product prices, trade flow dynamics, and production balances.</li>
	<li>Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff members.</li>

For the general corporate practice, as the world's largest energy company, Saudi Aramco has many international joint ventures, affiliates, and subsidiaries. The Law Organization's General Corporate and Commercial Contracts Practice Team manages the legal, general commercial, and corporate governance issues for these entities, primarily from a shareholder and governance perspective.<br><br>Saudi Aramco's Law Organization is growing in response to a broad corporate initiative that involves the continued growth of its exploration, production, refining and marketing, along with expansion into petrochemicals, renewables, power and other sectors of the energy business. For adventurous individuals who are interested in working at one of the world's most successful companies, Saudi Aramco offers challenging and sophisticated in-house opportunities.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><br>As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: <br> <ul> <li> This attorney may serve as the corporate secretary for one or more entities, organizing and managing board meetings, and advising as to board authority and corporate governance matters.  </li> <li> Advise as to shareholder issues and manage the interface between the entity, the parent, and other affiliates.   </li> <li> Work closely with internal Saudi Aramco clients and support their substantial and complex contracting and purchasing functions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating EPC and construction contracts, O&M agreements, BOO/BOOT contracts, service agreements, and other commercial contracts and related agreements.  </li> </ul><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br>As a successful candidate you will have: <br> <ul> <li> Juris Doctor in Law or Master of Law with additional experience. </li> <li> Minimum 12 years of experience. </li> <li> Currently licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in the United States, Canada, England & Wales, the European Union, or an equivalent jurisdiction. </li> <li> At least 6+ years of experience with a strong law firm, large corporation, or other sophisticated business organization; </li> <li> Relevant commercial contracts experience; </li> <li> Experience serving as corporate secretary to a sophisticated board of directors; </li> <li> General corporate experience; </li> <li> Excellent negotiation and communication skills; </li> <li> Experience providing concise and clear support to internal clients; </li> <li> Leadership and mentorship experience.  </li> <li> Energy industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, power or oil field services), construction industry, or international experience are a plus. </li> </ul><br><b> Working environment </b> <br> <br> Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly. <br> <br> At Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
