Homecare Registered Nurse (Female)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Homecare Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Homecare RN, you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individual care plans, administer medications, perform various treatments, and educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building rapport with patients and providing emotional support. Additionally, the candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. A valid RN license and previous experience in homecare nursing are required. 1. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients requiring homecare services.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, their family, and the healthcare team.
3. Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs.
4. Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication instructions.
5. Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for patients.
6. Document patient information, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely.
7. Perform regular home visits to assess patient progress and address any concerns or changes in condition.
8. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and outcomes.
9. Advocate for patients' needs and ensure their safety and well-being at home.
10. Stay up to date on current nursing practices, regulations, and best practices in homecare nursing.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in home healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
