HR Specialist - Architecture & Integration

IT & Digital Amersfoort (NLD) Professional - Experienced 32-40 hours Job-ID: 54565 We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to lead HR IT architecture and integrations as part of our agile teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR IT architecture strategies and maturing our landscape, while co-leading the direction of system integrations and delivering these services through strategic partners. Effective collaboration with various stakeholders, both within the IT department and across HR functions, will be critical to your success. In the long term, you will play a crucial role in enabling our global HR transformation, leading to more efficient HR processes, enhanced employee experience, and improved data security and compliance.Responsibilities:Formalize and mature the HR IT architecture strategy, landscape, and policies in line with standards of governance and compliance, as well as IT Enterprise Architecture vision.Mature and improve current integration strategies for HR systems, implement and mature it as part of global HR expansions.Lead the technical IT design and delivery of HR system integrations with a strong focus on connecting global HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery) with local strategic systems (e.g., payrolls).Oversee the delivery of integrations through strategic partners and help drive continuous improvement and strong delivery throughout.Work closely with Digital HR and IT teams in the agile product team to convert functional needs into technical solutions.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in HR system integrations.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integrations and HR architecture.Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions, particularly SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration center, together with ServiceNow HRSD basics. CPI knowledge would be highly beneficial.Proven track record of setting direction and implementing change.
