ExperienceOverall 4-5 years work experience with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.EducationMasters in Social Sciences, Communication, Project Management, or related fields.Last Date10/13/2024 12:00:00 AMJob DescriptionTASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Design, plan, and execute all events related to the project, ensuring effective organization and alignment with project objectives.Compile comprehensive reports post-events, documenting proceedings, discussion points, decisions made, and recommendations. Support the preparation of high-quality donor and periodic narrative reports.Coordinate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) team for documentation, data collection, and monitoring of project deliverables, presenting data for progress updates in a clear and organized manner.Monitor and oversee communication-related activities, ensuring proper documentation and supporting visibility initiatives. Develop content for communication materials, including templates, documents, and presentations.Provide ongoing support to the project team and offer regular feedback to the senior program manager on program and communication activities. Foster an environment of open communication and skill sharing among team members.Assist in the execution of project activities in line with established goals and targets, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, leveraging technical expertise as needed to enhance project outcomes.Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the project."Indus Hospital & Health Network is an employer that does not tolerate Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
