Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Ecommerce Executive with a focus on product listing on Shopify and courier management. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing product listings and ensuring efficient order fulfillment and delivery processes. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the online shopping experience and supporting overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing:

Create, edit, and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.

Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency across all product listings.

Monitor and update stock levels and product availability on Shopify.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure visually appealing product images and descriptions.

Assist in organizing product collections and categories for an intuitive user experience.

Courier Management:

Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely and efficient order deliveries.

Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues or delays.

Maintain accurate records of shipments and returns, ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Communicate with customers regarding order tracking and delivery updates.

Work closely with the ecommerce team to streamline order fulfillment processes.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with Shopify and experience in ecommerce product listing.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management.

Knowledge of courier management systems and logistics processes is a plus.
