If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by growth, this is the opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Sales and Revenue Growth:Drive software sales by identifying, targeting, and closing deals with prospective clients.Exceed revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and account management.Lead Generation and Qualification:Leverage Apollo and other CRM tools to identify and qualify leads.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach.Utilize market research and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities.Customer Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding to retention and upselling.Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining regular communication and resolving issues promptly.Customer Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Strategic Planning and Execution:Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.Reporting and Analysis:Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and strategies.Job Specification:Sales Expertise:Proven experience in software sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices.CRM and Tools Knowledge:Proficiency in using Apollo for lead generation and prospecting.Familiarity with other CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.Customer Lifecycle Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion.Ability to develop tailored strategies for different stages of the customer journey.Relationship Management:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.Ability to negotiate, influence, and build trust with clients at all levels.Analytical and Strategic Thinking:Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term gains and long-term growth.Self-Motivation and Teamwork:Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Job Rewards and Benefits:Communication, Leaves
