Management Trainee (HR & Administration) All Marketing Solutions, Pakistan We are looking for an energetic individual with administrative experience to manage all admin matters of the office (Software House with a team of 16 to 18 people).Main Responsibilities:Day to Day Admin MattersAssisting Shop Manager in HiringManaging Meetings and Office EventsAssistance in HR MattersDocument Handling related to team membersDay to Day Expense ManagementSalary Sheet PreparationAttendance ManagementIt's a small team with limited work but a lot to learn by engaging in day-to-day admin tasks with the help of the latest technology apps. You must be proactive in managing all these responsibilities.Job SpecificationWork with the company HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.Look after all hiring and training procedures for new employees. Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed.Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning, and monitoring clerical functions.Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Demonstrate efficient time-management, direction, and experience in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
