Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Coordination: Help coordinate recruitment activities, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events. Communication: Liaise with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Placement Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR and Placement functions, such as preparing reports and maintaining files.Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Education: Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
