Looking for a Retail Sales Associate for Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Actively seek out customers in store.Process POS (point of sale) purchases.Comply with inventory control procedures.Requirements:Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.Proficiency in English.A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
