Manager- Fast Food Restaurant Taj Corporation, Pakistan - Check and assure Quality of deliveries of fresh food.- Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.- Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages and supplies to be ordered.- Monitor and control cost of purchases and production.- Select/Create successful menu items based on many considerations, and assign prices based on cost analysis.- Recruit, Hire and provide necessary training to staff with coordination of HR Department.- Monitor food presentation and methods Job Specification - Graduate (Business Graduate Preferable)- Excellent Communication Skills- Excellent Leadership Skills- Candidate should have pleasant personality- Time Management Skills.- Cost controlling and budgeting skills.
