Job Description
The pandas have embarked on an inspiring journey to serve "Meal for Every Table." On this journey, you will report to Senior Manager, Logistics Optimization.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics data to monitor performance KPIs, identify trends, and uncover areas for operational improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into logistics performance metrics, including delivery times, cost per order, and rider utilization.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Rider Payout Planning:
Oversee the cost per order (CPO) budget, ensuring costs align with business objectives and implementing strategies to reduce operational expenses.
Collaborate with finance teams to set CPO targets, monitor deviations, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Design and implement earnings plans for riders to incentivize performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
Analyze market conditions like rider utilization, inflation, and competitor intel to adjust rider earnings as needed to maintain rider experience.
Logistics Optimizations:
Manage and optimize vendor delivery radiuses to ensure efficient and timely deliveries, minimizing delivery time and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze vendor performance within specific radius, adjusting areas based on demand and logistics capabilities.
Support expansion into new geographical areas by developing and executing logistics strategies that meet growth targets and adapt to regional specifics.
Plan for logistics growth in alignment with market demand, ensuring sufficient capacity and optimal utilization.
Monitor fleet utilization rates and implement improvements to maximize resource efficiency, reduce idle time, and enhance fleet performance.
Collaborate on process improvements and introduce best practices for logistics operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
Experience with Data Visualization Tools like Tableau and Looker Studio.
Excellent Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills required.
