Ready to Cook Food Line Operator

Job Responsibilities:

Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma or higher in engineering technology or food technology.

Experience: Candidate should have 5 years of hands-on experience running a ready-to-cook frozen food line. Should have a good understanding of line operations and their working principles. Can troubleshoot machine problems. Understands value-added product processes and parameters requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
