Achieve sales target through people by managing & developing them.Prepare and execute action plans to achieve business objectives of the portfolio.Monitoring and controlling of the sales team.Monitoring and controlling follow-ups on sales results.Ensure Proper Distribution Network & supply chain.Ensure proper coverage, productivity & drop size.Evaluating and developing of regional trade activities.Develop field force sales function for maximizing the efficiency of sales team.Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of projects.Closely work with ethical sales team to create brand awareness.Responsible for Sales Analysis.Monitor the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like market share, growth, target achievement.Job SpecificationThe candidate must have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan.About UsWe are a team of highly dynamic professionals who launched our services in the summer of 2000, with a mission to provide premier Human Resource and Quality Management services to our clients.
