Recruitment Specialist/Executive Emirates Neon Group, Pakistan Recruitment and Selection and OperationsAttract and screen resumes (staff and worker) to meet the manpower requirements of the Group and keep databases updated.Targeted recruitment of staff and workers from specific industries only.Conduct the initial interviews for screening and share feedback with the management.Post open positions to online recruiting sites and newspapers as required.Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries and agreements, and extend job offers.Maintain a list of recruiters/headhunting companies and contact details of the relevant people in such agencies.On-board recruitment agencies for staff and workers hiring.Advertise vacancies on social media and other job portals.Collect and screen resumes, select short-listed potential candidates for an initial interview, and collaborate with relevant departmental heads if needed.Establish contact with professionals from similar industries and maintain databases.Ensure consistency in the process, including the establishment of interview panels, collection of forms, and maintenance of documentation and references.Interview applicants for middle management administrative positions, complete assessments, and technical tests as required, making recommendations to the supervisor about employee appointments.Negotiate salaries with candidates based on available salary scale criteria, depending on the relevant position.Arrange travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants where applicable.Oversee the development of a recruitment strategy aligned with the expansion of various divisions.Participate in the development of any related recruitment policies and procedures.Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revisions as needed.Assist in preparing relevant reports on recruitment as required by management.Work in accordance with monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines set out in the HR work plan, updating regular progress.General Functions and HR AdminAssist in establishing and practicing basic HR functions at the unit.Maintain and update employee data (files, attendance, leaves, office equipment, and related costs) as per company standards.Collect required documents for employee files and visa processing as needed.Work within the approved budget and develop and implement cost-saving measures.Ensure all visa and labor office requirements are met.Anticipate and execute other assignments related to HR functions from management.Job SpecificationExecutive Research/HeadhuntingResume Screening/Initial Interviews & ShortlistingMarketing and Advertising - Karachi, Pakistan
