Build and retain motivation in the team to achieve maximum business volumes and employee retention. Marketing of bank products and preparation of sales strategy considering assigned targets and market demands. Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation. Evaluation and assessment of customer's profile by adopting five Cs of credit. Manage and develop Relationship Officers - Asset Sale to ensure high productivity and effective credit review. Train and assist each Relationship Officer to assess and verify customer's income/demographics to establish need and credibility for proposed loans. Coach and motivate the sales force to develop skills, ensuring high professional standards and that monthly sales and KPI targets are met. Undertake capacity planning to meet assigned objectives of loan volumes and zero default through effective verification, collection, and cross-sell. Organize and deploy resources to match business priorities in the branch and maximize productivity of each team member. Coordinate with operations department for timely disbursal of loans by following SOPs of loan disbursement and cancellation process. Ensure 100% loan collection through proactive measures such as quarterly due listings, wake-up calls to customers, serving recovery notices, timely solutions for problematic clients, and team follow-ups.
