Sales & Customer Support Specialist (USA-Based Packaging Project)

We are seeking a dynamic and communicative individual with exceptional fluency in spoken and written English to join our team for a USA-based packaging project. If you have a passion for customer service, experience in the packaging industry, and a sales-driven mindset, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails to provide top-notch customer service.

Generate sales inquiries through calls, quote requests, chats, and emails.

Ensure each inquiry is handled with care and attention, working closely with the sales and project managers to convert these leads into sales.

Understand customer needs and collaborate with the estimation team to deliver timely and accurate price quotations.

Follow up periodically to ensure inquiries are turned into successful sales.

Address customer complaints promptly, offering solutions within company guidelines and production capabilities.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, special requests, and artwork or project files.

Coordinate artwork revisions with the design team based on customer feedback.

Liaise with the shipping team to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a focus on the USA or Australian market.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work the night shift: 8 PM to 5 AM (Monday to Friday).

Familiarity with sales processes, customer relationship management, and the ability to handle complaints efficiently.
