ENSOGOV combines the power of purpose, people, technology, data and sprint model to accelerate progress on industry-relevant ESG metrics.Job Title: Senior Finance ManagerJob Location: DHA or Gulberg, LahoreVacancies: 02ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Finance Manager at ENSOGOV, you will be required to:Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.Maintain the financial health of the organization.Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.Develop trends and projections for the company's finances.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.Manage the preparation of the company's budget.Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.RequirementsExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting softwares such as Netsuite and QuickBooks.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being followed.A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team working skills.Willing to function in a rapidly growing environment.Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.Learn new skills.EducationBachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.Professional qualifications such as ACCA or similar will be considered a plus.Experience3-5 years of experience in Finance.LanguageExcellent command over written and verbal English.Working HoursFull time, on-site.Compensation StructureMarket competitive salary based on experience and skill set.
