HR & Admin Manager (Ex-Army Officer)

Job Description:
We are looking for an ex-army officer, preferably an ex-colonel or ex-major, to lead our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will leverage their military experience to implement effective HR strategies, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a structured and efficient workplace. Also, responsible for overseeing all aspects of security and administrative operations within the organization. This includes ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and information
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Develop, implement, and manage security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
Oversee administrative functions including office management, facilities maintenance, and supplies procurement.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Coordinate with other departments to support their administrative needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Monitor and report on health and safety performance.
Qualifications:
Ex-colonel or ex-major in the Army with a strong track record of leadership and management.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience in security and administration management roles.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Strategic thinking and decision-making.
Adaptability and flexibility.
