We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.Job Summary:The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance department, manage the team, and ensure that all equipment, systems, and buildings are in top operating condition. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for equipment and facilities.Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and workers.Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, including repairs, installations, and upgrades.Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operation.Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance.Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeProven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Strong organizational and communication skills.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: 25/08/2024
