You'll facilitate employee requests, coordinate inter-departmental transfers, and oversee employee orientation sessions. Additionally, you'll liaise with banks and insurance companies, maintain HR documents, and conduct exit interviews. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with expertise in HR analytics, policy restructuring, and labor laws. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Process Employee Separation form,employee Probation cases to relevant managers and sending confirmation email to confirmed employees.Coordinate with Admin, IT & Finance Department for clearanceMaintain Headcount Report, New Hire Payroll Report, Employee Turnover report and Recruitment status report.Assist in daily employee's requests (Experience Letter, Bank Letter, Health Claim Form status et.)Provide assistance in employee inter-departmental transfersEmployee travelling coordination and complete documentationMaintain all Human Resources documents according to ISO StandardsUpdate departmental and companywide organogramConduct Bi-Monthly New Hire Employee OrientationCoordinate with bank representative to open bank accounts for new hiresAct as a close liaison between Insurance company and employees. Assist employees in health insurance related claims.Employee Warnings and Corrective actionsFormulate and maintain Employee HandbookConduct Employee Exit interview and coordinate with employee to fill-up employee exit feedback formCoordinate with Finance/Admin/IT department for clearance formWhat you will bring to the team:Fresh or 1 year (max) of experience in Human Resources OperationsGood knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointExperience in HR AnalyticsReports creationPolicies restructuring and labor laws understanding.Good written communicationAligned and systematic approachProblem-solving and detail-oriented approach.Positivity and teamworkMust be a Proactive/Active ListenerZones offers a comprehensive Benefits packageAt Zones, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
