Event Manager Telxperts Pty Ltd., Pakistan Responsibilities:Event planning, design, and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.Organize facilities and manage all event's details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize an event.Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest.Promote business through all available sources including cold calling, emails, and social media.Keep pace with the industry, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and developments and report changes as needed.Create detailed product requirements documents, and work with design and development teams to execute flawlessly.Proactively communicate with platform users to adjust needs & requirements.Help define and execute online strategy for the product.Own KPIs associated with the digital channels.Create and monitor dashboards that track performance and achievement of business objectives.Create competitive differentiation by delivering a best-in-class online experience that increases web usage while also decreasing operational costs.Develop strategies and tactics to drive increases in overall traffic, web registrations, and web claims.Job SpecificationDigital MarketingGood organizational and planning skills.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Skills to create, manage, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with advertising and other types of managers.The ability to lead and motivate a team.
