To achieve the target of each team member in a way that leads to achieving our business objectives.Implementation of monthly sales plan in an effective way.Achievement of secondary and primary sales targets.Ensure that SO checks DKT stock available at each shop, ensuring availability of the range.Assure the productivity of all the distributors.Extend the distribution coverage for OTC business and add non-traditional shops.Build and maintain close relations with the distributors.Maintain minimum inventory up to 6 weeks stock cover with each distributor for each SKU.Achievement of daily call & productivity target (Avg. call 45 shops per day with twice a month frequency) with 60% productivity.Job SpecificationWell-developed leadership and supervisory skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure.Decision making & problem solving skills.Soft personality.Team player.Welcome to Career Resource Force.
