OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOBThis senior level role is mainly responsible for delivering business growth in terms of profit and revenue in their product lines related to their specialty. This objective is achieved through execution of sales plan in line with the unit and principal strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop a comprehensive and effective market business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by the business unit Manager.Communicate sales operations requirements in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management.Analyze the changing market environment and customer requirements and provide marketplace issues results and feedback with the business unit Manager.Develop strong customer relationships and communicate their needs and goals between other company team members.Accountable for delivery of revenue and profit assigned by the business.Ensure a growing relation with external parties by maintaining constant communication and coordination with clients and suppliers to ensure business continuity.Deliver and provide support to customers' inquiries, negotiate pricing & offers with vendors to best meet the business requirements.Prepare quotations and feasibility studies.Follow up on agreements and tenders submissions related to his specialty.Review receivables & payables regularly and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely collection of revenues and payments.Extend their market research and define market coverage needs and discuss market expansion and future opportunities with the business unit manager.Ensure product inventory related to their specialty is updated and avoid commitments that may damage the reputation of the principal by closely monitoring inventory reports through supply chain data and customer service.Use customer satisfaction and complaints data from quality assurance to gain insights to enable sound business decision making and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Monitor supplier performance evaluation and coordinate further mitigation plans.Coordinate with all parties including customer service and project team for projects related to their department until project completion.Submit all required documents and sign the handover certificate by the customer.Ensure that the customer is satisfied with our equipment and service after delivery.Prepare a monthly/quarterly forecast.Prepare a Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Report.Monitor and prepare technical and commercial proposals & offers.Prepare feasibility studies and other relevant projects as required by the business.Analyze market trends, new product-worthiness, and formulate strategies for team leads to maintain a high performance environment.Manage stock to ensure zero stock loss.Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide reports to the business unit manager.Conduct competitive quality analysis on products being promoted.Analyze brand performances for negotiations with suppliers for price, credit & other commercial terms.Provide direct supervision to senior product specialists within their department through leadership, coaching, training & development.JOB REQUIREMENTBachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory or any related field.In-depth knowledge of lab diagnostics and medical science.Masters is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably across multiple medical specialties and product portfolios.Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic.Computer proficiency level required: Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite.Driving: Valid GCC driving license required.
