Roles and responsibilities1. Team Coaching andDevelopmentProvideTraining and Support: Deliver ongoing training,coaching, and mentorship to team leaders and staff across multiplelocations within theregion.Assess TeamPerformance: Monitor and evaluate individual andteam performance, identifying areas for improvement and providingactionable feedback.DevelopLeadership: Focus on developing leadership potentialwithin the teams by identifying future leaders and offeringtailored coachingprograms.Encourage ContinuousLearning: Promote a culture of continuous learningand self-improvement by facilitating workshops, seminars, orone-on-one sessions.2.Regional PerformanceManagementSetand Monitor Goals: Work with team leaders to setclear, measurable performance goals for each location. Regularlytrack progress toward thesegoals.EvaluateKPIs: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) toassess team effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement strategiesto improve performance across theregion.Consistency inStandards: Ensure consistent service and operationalstandards across all locations in the region, making sure that allteams adhere to companyguidelines.3.Leadership andCommunicationEffectiveCommunication: Serve as a liaison between uppermanagement and regional teams, ensuring that strategies, goals, andfeedback are communicated clearly andeffectively.BuildRelationships: Foster strong working relationshipswith local managers, team members, and other stakeholders toencourage collaboration and a positive workenvironment.ConflictResolution: Address any conflicts or issues thatarise within teams or between locations, providing guidance andsolutions to maintain harmony andproductivity.4.Coaching and DevelopmentProgramsTailoredCoaching Plans: Develop and implement individualcoaching plans based on the needs of each team or location. Ensurethese plans align with the overall organizationalstrategy.On-the-JobCoaching: Provide hands-on coaching at variouslocations, observing team dynamics and providing real-time feedbackto enhance performance.Follow-upand Support: Offer follow-up sessions after initialtraining or coaching to ensure sustained improvement and resolveany new challenges that may arise.5.Training Materials andResourcesDevelopTraining Materials: Create or adapt trainingmaterials to be used across the region, ensuring they are relevantand support the development of teammembers.ResourceAllocation: Ensure that each location has access tothe necessary resources, tools, and support to implement trainingeffectively.6.Regional StrategyImplementationExecuteRegional Plans: Assist in implementing regionalinitiatives and strategies, adapting the company'sobjectives to meet the needs of eachlocation.MonitorImplementation: Oversee the progress of newstrategies and initiatives across locations, ensuring they aresuccessfully integrated and followed through. Desired candidate profile 1. Education andExperienceEducationalBackground: A bachelor's degree inbusiness, management, psychology, or a related field is preferred.Additional certifications in coaching or leadership development canbe anasset.Experience:At least 3-5 years of experience in coaching, training, orleadership roles, preferably within a similar industry (e.g.,retail, hospitality, sports, or corporatesettings).ManagementExperience: Prior experience managing teams orindividuals across multiple locations or regions is a strongadvantage.2. KeySkills andCompetenciesCoachingand Mentoring: Strong experience in coachingindividuals and teams to achieve performance improvement, with afocus on practical, actionable advice and ongoingsupport.LeadershipSkills: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, anddevelop leaders within a team. Ability to set clear expectationsand hold team members accountable for theirperformance.PerformanceManagement: Expertise in assessing team performance,setting KPIs, and tracking progress. Ability to identifyperformance gaps and implement strategies forimprovement.EffectiveCommunication: Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written, with the ability to engage and influenceindividuals at all levels. Comfortable delivering feedbackconstructively.ConflictResolution: Skilled in managing and resolvingconflicts, addressing challenges, and fostering a collaborativeteam culture.3.Behavioral and PersonalAttributesEmpathyand Emotional Intelligence: Strong ability tounderstand and relate to team members' challenges andmotivations. Capable of adapting coaching styles to suit individualneeds andpersonalities.Adaptability:Ability to adapt coaching strategies to meet the unique needs ofdifferent locations and teams, balancing regional differences andlocalchallenges.Results-Driven:Focused on achieving measurable results, with a strong drive tomeet objectives and improve team performance. Comfortable workingin a target-drivenenvironment.Problem-Solving andInnovation: Proactive in finding solutions tochallenges within the region and coming up with innovativestrategies to overcomeobstacles.
