Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in education, educational psychology,education administration, or related field. Other degrees may beacceptable if they are relevant to training andeducation.Knowledge of training methods: A deepunderstanding of the principles and methods of training andeducation, including designing educational programs, assessingtraining needs, and implementing educationalprograms.Training skills: Ability to effectivelydirect and train employees, and organize and manage trainingcourses and workshops.Analysis and evaluation:The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programsand measure learning outcomes to ensure that training objectivesare achieved.Effective Communication: Goodcommunication skills with various groups within the organization,including directing employees and interacting with differentcompany departments.
