TipperaryOn behalf of our client, a growing modular construction company specialising in modular housing and bathroom pods, we're seeking an experienced Head of Design to join our team in Nenagh. This high-priority replacement role requires managing a complex CAD environment utilising multiple systems.Key RequirementsExperience with Light Gauge Steel (IGS) construction OR strong steel framing construction background3+ years experience in 3D CAD in the construction sectorMinimum 2 years experience with Autodesk RevitAbility to manage multiple CAD systemsFull-time, on-site position in Nenagh (5 days per week)Benefits Package21 days annual leavePRSA scheme starting January 2025Additional benefits package in developmentAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular construction, experience managing complex CAD environments, and the ability to lead design teams effectively.
