Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to join our growing team. In this role, you will take the lead in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract top talent to meet the needs of our fast-paced environment. While recruitment will be your primary responsibility, you will also support other HR functions such as employee engagement, payroll, and compliance.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure job descriptions align with required skills and company values.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as payroll preparation, benefits administration, and ensuring employee records are compliant with labor laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and participate in HR projects as needed.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations, policies, and procedures.
