EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Identifying Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & increased the sales revenue.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry, trends, and competitors.
Client Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through new leads, cold calls, emails, or networking.
  • Schedule and attend meetings to pitch products or services effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential partnerships.
Revenue Generation:
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
  • Manage contracts/ Retainerships and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for improvements or new offerings.
  • Analyze performance data and suggest adjustments to strategies.
Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Foster partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed goals.
Sales Operations:
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Implement and oversee the use of CRM tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Market Development:
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and secure deals with potential clients.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities.
  • This includes developing sales strategies, participating in client meetings, and supporting sales efforts to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Networking and Relationship Building:
  • Actively engaging in networking activities to expand the company's network of contacts and identify new business opportunities.
  • This may involve attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows, as well as leveraging personal and professional connections to build relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
  • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies
  • through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.
