- Conduct assessments and analysis of current digital capabilities within the banking sector to identify areas for improvement and transformation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and customer experience best practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and digital technologies relevant to banking operations.
