Your Impact
We have a unique opportunity to join our team as the Supply Chain – TBDC/BIFG Manager , based in Papakura . Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Planning – New Zealand, this role is integral to delivering operational efficiency and customer service excellence across our supply chain for TBDC and BIFG. You will lead and influence planning, warehousing, and distribution activities, driving continuous improvement and implementing modern supply chain principles. With your leadership and decision-making expertise, you will optimize costs, develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and build a supply chain that places the customer at the heart of everything we do.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, warehousing, and distribution processes, ensuring seamless operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, copackers, and key supply chain partners, fostering collaboration and value-driven outcomes.
- Drive a Continuous Improvement Plan, implementing modern supply chain methodologies such as Lean and Customer Value to elevate operational performance.
- Oversee financial management, including P&L accountability, and identify opportunities for cost reduction through effective reporting and variance analysis.
- Align the NZ TBDC IBP process with national strategies, proactively addressing capacity constraints and implementing solutions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring engagement and development through regular performance reviews, coaching, and talent initiatives.
- Champion a safe and environmentally responsible workplace, adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- 2–5 years of leadership experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
- Extensive knowledge of planning, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Proven ability to engage and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilience and a solution-focused mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges.
- Experience managing financial performance, including P&L accountability.
- A track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives and driving efficiency.
- A Degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline highly regarded.
